All eyes on Eide’s

by The 100 Companies

There’s just something special about a trip to Eide’s Entertainment — and you can’t help but be glad we can still do that.

Greg Eide founded the renowned comics, music, videos and collectible emporium in 1972, and moved it to the edge of Downtown along Penn Avenue in 1986. Although he sadly died May 20 of complications from COVID-19. However, two longtime employees — Ken Kropf and Jim Turoczy — are taking the reins and carrying on Greg’s legacy.

There’s no better place to find rare issues, hidden pop culture gems and an LP to fall in love with during a single shopping trip. RIP to Greg — and long live Eide’s.
