Any day now, Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos’ new Title IX regulations will be published. Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination and harassment in education on the basis of sex in any educational programs or activities that receive federal funding.
For K-12 schools, colleges, universities and teaching hospitals, now is the time to think proactively about establishing a foundation for both complying with and balancing the important legal obligations, rights and values that arise in these situations.
