On Dec. 31, the city’s long-awaited New Year’s Eve celebration, Highmark First Night Pittsburgh, will take place from 6 p.m. to midnight. As a production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, this arts-themed event will include live music, parades, theater and more.
In the past, attendees have been required to purchase admission tickets in advance. However, this year’s celebration will be free to the public for the first time ever.
Although outdoor activities have no vaccination or mask requirement, there are regulations that must be followed for those indoors. Click here for those rules and additional information on the event.
