Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh features sensory-friendly afternoons on the second Tuesday of every month. Lights and sounds are adjusted and noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses and more are available.

On April 21, take part in a sonic universe created by over 40 gongs, bells and more, and enjoy playing some of the instruments. Call ahead for questions about accessibility or to request an accommodation.

Autism-Pittsburgh’s Azure Concerts let attendees sing, dance, vocalize or retreat to a quiet space.

April is Autism Acceptance Month. To learn more, including how to connect with your local affiliate, click here.
