The EQT Three Rivers Regatta is back for its 41st year. The annual festival that celebrates our waterways will return to Point State Park Aug. 3-5.
Hosted by nonprofit Pittsburgh Three Rivers Regatta, Inc., the weekend of festivities will draw an estimated 600,000 attendees to Pittsburgh’s confluence to experience whatever floats their boat, including races, music, food, fireworks and other family-friendly events. Best of all, admission is free for all three days.
The must-see event? Saturday’s ALCOSAN 3 Rivers Proud Anything That Floats Race, in which teams will set sail in imaginative – sometimes hilarious – homemade boats.
