Pittsburgh is packed with holiday activities, but there’s nothing quite like Phipps. Growing plants and taking names since 1893, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is home to an inspired collection of plant life that is artfully rearranged by unique themes each season. But in the weeks surrounding Christmas, Phipps reaches a whole new level.
Starting in late November, Phipps unleashes a spectacular display of lights and festive decor – both inside and outside the conservatory. These creative arrangements incorporate everything from fairy tale axes to lightsabers.
Catch the show before it ends on Jan. 12 to experience the magic for yourself.
