Be a shoe-in for smart packing

smart packing

So, there’s an art to packing your shoes. Who knew? I used tips from Jetsetter magazine on a recent trip and they made a difference.

By packing three pairs of shoes together at the low end of my suitcase, versus sticking them on the sides or top, my bag didn’t tip over.

I wrapped each pair in a plastic grocery bag and protected the clothes next to them. (On the road, you can use hotel shower caps.)

I threw in an Arm & Hammer Nursery Freshener and it gave an extra clean scent to my shoes as well as my clothes.
