Restaurant ‘bringing people together through wholesome and simple foods’

by The 100 Companies

A newly converted advocate of a plant-based diet, Justin Rosenberg ditched his cubicle for the kitchen to train in fine dining. In 2012, he opened honeygrow to pursue his passion for creating nourishing meals by serving the highest quality, wholesome foods.

The restaurant specializes in “craveable and customizable stir-fries, salads and honeybars” – dessert cups featuring fruit, cake crumble, nuts, whipped cream and local honey. Stir fries run the gamut from Miso Garlic Chicken to Red Coconut Curry and Sweet Soy Five Spice and customers sing the praises of the unique seasonal flavors. One, in particular, is “obsessed with their beets!”
