While reports find flu activity low, festive gatherings can trigger the spread of germs – especially for babies and seniors. After last year’s flu season hit the country particularly hard, it’s best to be extra cautious this holiday season.
At PA Health & Wellness, we know being sick during the holidays isn’t fun. Here’s how you can keep flu-free this season:
• Wash your hands constantly, whether it’s before eating or after touching your eyes, mouth and nose.
• If you’re already sick, it’s probably best you just stay home.
• We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: Get the flu shot.
