There’s good news for the workforce: The economy is on an upswing, unemployment is down and there are many careers in high demand.

In Pennsylvania, the fastest-growing job is home health aide. While a workforce gap of 446,300 is expected by 2025, Pennsylvania must meet the needs of our senior population, especially since our state has the seventh-largest population of people aged 65 and older.
