It’s that time of winter when you ask the too-familiar question: Is it the flu or a cold?
Flu and cold symptoms tend to be similar – a sore throat, stuffy nose and aches and pains – but one way you can tell the difference is through the onset of symptoms. If you get sick quickly, it’s the flu. If you feel sicker over a period of time, it’s probably a cold.
At PA Health & Wellness, we know getting sick is never a fun time. However, knowing your symptoms can help you manage your illness so you can feel better, sooner.
