Posture problems are a reality for many of us office-dwellers who sit at a computer much of the day. Slouching to the side, sinking down the seat or hunching over keyboards can lead to neck and back pain or even more serious issues.
In response to these risks, standing desks are becoming popular. Even without one of those, you can take standing breaks throughout the day, visit co-workers instead of emailing and take a walk during lunch.
