August Wilson Cultural Center is hosting work from a dozen artists in an affecting exhibition.
“Familiar Boundaries. Infinite Possibilities.” is a can’t-miss exhibition that runs until March 24 at the August Wilson Cultural Center.
The exhibition features 12 contemporary artists from around the world. Perhaps the most eye-catching piece featured is “Flying Girls,” a life-size sculpture by Nigerian artist Peju Alatise. The work was the first by a Nigerian artist to appear in the Venice Biennale before traveling to Pittsburgh for this show.
Preview the exhibit by watching our video and make sure to plan a visit to experience it in real life. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
