Don’t fall victim to negligence when it comes to fires

Every 24 seconds. That’s how often U.S. fire departments respond to fires, according to the National Fire Protection Association.

In Pennsylvania, landlords are required to have at least one smoke detector on each floor, including the basement and attic, and within 15 feet of each bedroom.

Unfortunately, a Pittsburgh man is suffering from devastating injuries after waking to a four-alarm fire, because his apartment complex was negligent in installing alarms.
