military hearing damage

Military members who served between 2003-2015 are suffering tinnitus, partial and total hearing loss after using 3M’s Dual-Ended Combat Arms Earplugs.

According to the United States Department of Justice, the earplugs were too short to fit properly, causing them to loosen while in use. 3M manufacturing company paid the military $9.1 million after knowingly selling troops defective earplugs.

Robert Peirce & Associates, a personal injury law firm, is investigating these cases for current and former military members who could be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and other damages.
