September is Healthy Aging Month, and it’s no secret people of all ages benefit from eating half a plate of fruits and vegetables with every meal. We know they’re colorful – but what makes them so great?

• They’re a great way to help fight off the common cold.
At PA Health & Wellness, we believe in the importance of a hearty meal. To support our neighbors, we’ll be joining Northside Common Ministries on September 13 to support health in the community.
