Jeet … er, drink jet? Bridges & Bourbon

Pittsburgh loves to eat and drink. As we’ve become known for an increasingly refined food palate, our drink offerings have yet to truly catch up. Well, that was until Bridges & Bourbon made its debut late last month.

The drinks at Bridges & Bourbon are impressively presented, making for the perfect Instagram post. The light-spirited Violet Hour looks like Phipps as a drink, while the BBQTime is accompanied by a mini-campfire.

Bridges & Bourbon presents a small plates menu as well to accompany the drinks. We suggest the truffle popcorn, as it pairs perfectly with floral and smokier flavors. Bottoms up!
