Some tips to get those creative juices flowing:
• Find your lede: Like a news story, you must capture the reader’s attention from the start. Ask yourself, what’s most interesting about your subject, or maybe use a relevant anecdote.
• Embrace brevity: Short sentences, people love ‘em. Save the nitty-gritty details for later.
• Be a people person: Whatever you’re writing, it’s either about or somehow affects people. Identify that human story. Tell us why it matters.
