Big changes coming to The Waterfront

by
Pittsburgh Shopping Plaza

The Waterfront – the vibrant entertainment and shopping destination located just a few miles from downtown Pittsburgh along the Monongahela River in Homestead, West Homestead and Munhall – plans to bring more dining and residential options to the historic property.

This follows the recent sale of the 140,000-square-foot building occupied by Macy’s, Inc. to M & J Wilkow and BIG Shopping Centers, The Waterfront’s owners. While Macy’s will close this spring, The Waterfront is actively exploring options to enhance the visitor and shopper experience.

The Waterfront is home to more than 85 specialty shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels and retailers.
