You may have heard the beloved children’s series “Thomas & Friends” is moving to Nickelodeon. For Pittsburghers, the move won’t stop with the TV network.
This summer, families can meet Thomas the Tank Engine in person, along with his friends and favorite Island of Sodor destinations, at Kennywood. This will be the second-largest Thomas Town attraction in the country, giving Pittsburgh bragging rights to another unique attraction.
Kennywood’s Thomas Town will feature five rides, including a train, a birthday party area, and an entertainment show featuring Thomas’ friends Percy, James, Emily and Gordon.
