The next time you’re in the Strip and don’t want to wait an hour at Pamela’s, there’s a great choice just around the corner.

Cafe Raymond in the Strip District originally caught my eye with its second-floor patio overlooking Penn Avenue – I can hardly resist a good patio. What kept me there is the abundance of mouthwatering menu items like blueberry ricotta pancakes, chicken cheese steak, and my favorite: the house smoked brisket hash.

A homey and inexpensive choice, Cafe Raymond makes for a great Sunday meal in the Strip. The best part? They even serve La Prima coffee!
