Shawn Mendes, John Mayer and the sound of sustainability

by

Sustainability is more than a buzzword in today’s culture, and there are many ways people can catch up with the meaningful trend – even by attending concerts.

At recent shows in Pittsburgh, Shawn Mendes and John Mayer put forth different efforts to be sustainable, including recycling all the plastic bottles, providing reusable cups without lids and going strawless. In addition, both artists teamed up with Reverb to provide reusable water bottles that could be refilled at free stations. Mendes also advocates for change as an ambassador for the water company Flow.

A clean environment sounds just as good as their music.

I have always loved John Mayer, and this is only one reason why! But it’s a biggie.
