Most social media platforms have seen recent increased usage, but LinkedIn may claim the top spot as it continues to grow at an exponential rate.

LinkedIn usage spiked after the shutdown last March, with millions of users in search of new jobs. It has now grown to over 706 million users, with an average of three new accounts being created every second. The platform began pushing virtual events and livestreaming abilities, both of which have grown by nearly 90 percent in the past year.

One of the world’s top 10 fastest growing brands, LinkedIn promises to dominate social media in 2021.
