2019 State of Downtown Pittsburgh: Golden Triangle keeps growing

More than $300 million has been invested in the Golden Triangle’s commercial office space over the past five years. New occupants are joining the businesses, too, as Greater Downtown experienced 31% residential growth in the past decade – with many more living spaces being built as you read.
