Surprise! We’re doing well in Pittsburgh with vaccinations, the CDC milestone for baring your smiling face in most places. No more reading eyebrows to figure out what other people are thinking and feeling. And the latest State of Downtown report finds a lot of us are ready to show our smiles and maybe some emotions as restaurants and retailers reopen.
