Pie-in-the-sky thinking? Maybe – but why not?
As cramped areas like the Strip District build up with new developments, outside-the-box solutions will be needed to solve infrastructure problems. That doesn’t mean each off-kilter idea will be the right one, but they may spark a conversation that leads to the correct path.
So sure, a gondola gliding from a parking lot to Penn Avenue is probably far-fetched. But think of our inclines – unique and highly effective for commuters.
