Somehow, despite the trials and travails of a tumultuous year, we’ve made it again to the holiday season, a time of gratitude and good deeds.
This has been quite a year for the Pittsburgh region, punctuated by tragedies (Antwon Rose, Tree of Life), near misses (goodbye, Amazon!) and accomplishments (our city’s no longer in receivership!).
We hope you enjoy our stories this issue, which take a look back and forward, with a spirit of gratitude and goodness.
