Nothing is quite as exciting as receiving a handwritten note. Pittsburgh law firm Meyer, Unkovic & Scott decided to use this simple pleasure for good through The Kindness Card Project.
Staff members hand painted designs to turn into “kindness cards.” From there, the concept is simple: Buy a card for $2 to benefit 412 Food Rescue, and use the card to let a loved one know they are valued.
What began as an internal project has turned into a larger movement. The public can get their own kindness card at love, Pittsburgh’s 535 Smithfield location. Learn more about the project here.
