My first solo trip

I love traveling, but vacationing alone is intimidating. Solo traveling, however, is growing in popularity, and a friend convinced me to consider the Omni Bedford Springs.

The historic spa is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. Offering lots of ways to relax and rejuvenate, the resort has natural spring pools, hiking and biking trails and a golf course.
