Almost every Pittsburgher has been on a Sheetz run – whether for food, beer or gas, the convenience is undeniable. The latest addition to the one-stop shop? Bitcoin ATMs.
Sheetz recently announced the addition of the cryptocurrency ATMs in six Pennsylvania locations. Consumers can trade anywhere from $5 to $5,000 to get their hands on the popular digital currency – figuratively, of course. Bitcoin is completely digital and stored in what’s called a Bitcoin wallet, which facilitates giving and receiving Bitcoin.
If you’re looking to do some trading, the closest Bitcoin ATM is located at 3025 Babcock Blvd. off McKnight Road.
