Hammocking spots around Pittsburgh

One of my favorite ways to enjoy a sunny day is by setting up my hammock and spending a few hours reading. While you can hammock virtually anywhere with trees, these are a few of my favorite Pittsburgh spots:

• Grandview Park offers a peaceful spot to enjoy a beautiful view of downtown Pittsburgh.

•  At Highland Park, you can enjoy some hammocking, a picnic and cycling, all in the same park.

•  If you’re looking to get a bit further away from the city, the Laurel Highlands offers many secluded spaces to hammock in nature.
