Carnegie Library Game of Thrones

A total of 17,973 readers logged over 180,000 books, e-books and audiobooks last summer as part of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Summer Reading program.

This year, Carnegie Library staff compiled more than 60 book titles based on the most powerful houses in Westeros from “Game of Thrones.” Here’s a sample:

• House Targaryen: Sorcerer to the Crown” by Zen Cho

• House Stark: Early Riser” by Jasper Fforde

• House Lannister: You Are a Badass at Making Money” by Jen Sincero

• House Greyjoy: We Have Always Lived in the Castle” by Shirley Jackson
