Kennywood’s next major addition is centered around “The Steel Curtain,” a roller coaster primed to set these records:

• Tallest inversion in the world (197 feet)

• Most inversions in North America (9)

• Tallest roller coaster in Pennsylvania (220 feet)

It’s also the first time an amusement park is partnering with a sports franchise – a trend we could see at other parks and can proudly say started in the ‘Burgh. Until its 2019 opening, watch the POV video to get pumped.
