Fries, cole slaw and slices: Primanti’s away from home

by The 100 Companies

Picture this: a beautiful sun-soaked beach, the sound of palm trees swaying in the wind, the smell of sea salt… and the familiar crunch of french fries and coleslaw on a handmade Primanti Bros. sandwich?

That’s right, if you vacation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, you can savor the tastes of Pittsburgh with sand between your toes. However, this Primanti Bros. started a new menu item. In 1995, Eric Kozlowski agreed to run the restaurant only if he could serve pizza made with his homemade sauce.

Now, Yinzers can enjoy a Primanti pizza alongside a classic sandwich at all locations.
