Frenchi’s Deli: Give it the old college try

Stationed at the corner of Atwood Street, if you find yourself there on a weekend night, you’ll join the afterparty made up of Pitt students who flood the store to gorge on their favorite sandwiches. It’s one of few places located in South Oakland where a hungry student can stop for grub on the way to or from class, and there’s the added lure of Frenchi’s homemade dressing – chipotle mayo, which is available for purchase by the bottle.
