You don’t have to tell me Pittsburgh is America’s best place for foodies. I was sold long ago with the pierogies, but the region’s innovative new restaurants certainly add to the old-school cuisine.
The only issue is visiting them all. The brains in my life (read: wife) devised a simple plan. Make a list of places you want to try, cross them off as you go – and no repeat trips until the list is done.
