YouthPlaces, a nonprofit dedicated to bettering the future of Pittsburgh through a focus on our region’s youth, will be opening a new center this October under the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
This new resource, a central hub that can provide homework support, mentoring and more, will help thousands of high school students who spend a large portion of their day in Downtown Pittsburgh.
To open by late October and complete the build out of the space, YouthPlaces needs your assistance. Learn more in 90.5 WESA’s “The Confluence,” and you can donate to the project here.
