Now on tap: Penn Brewery First Avenue taproom now open

Heads-up, Downtown: You can get a sneak peek at Penn Brewery’s new First Avenue taproom ahead of the grand opening. Open seven days a week, this is Penn Brewery’s second satellite location serving beer from its North Side brewery.

In addition to seasonal and small-batch brews, patrons can expect draft ciders, as well as local wines and spirits once the grand opening occurs, to be announced in the coming weeks. There are even bottles and growlers to-go.

Also, in advance of the official opening, a light snack menu of Bavarian pretzel sticks, wings and more is available.
