If you love margaritas, there’s a fun and healthy event for you – the Margarita Madness 5K on July 28. This untimed run starts at Frick Park and ends with tasty drinks, food trucks and entertainment.
If you’ve never run a race before, this might be a perfect option. Plus, there’s still time to train. All you need to do is sign up and get up off your couch and hit the streets or the treadmill. Start with 20 minutes of walking and running, then work your way up to three miles. It’s a no-pressure, fun way to get active.
