Negative workplace culture poses serious threat

Are you wondering what you can do to keep your current employees? We hear stories of employers offering more money, better benefits and some extravagant perks but, according to a recent SHRM study, a bad workplace culture poses a serious threat.

Employees actively looking for new jobs attributed the reasons to coworkers’ bad behavior (62%), their jobs making them irritable at home (61%) and supervisors being bad leaders (54%).

Before you reorganize your benefits packages, maybe it’s time to look within your organization and examine what changes can be made internally to keep your talent from walking out the door.
